The Chris and Rhianna Saga!

Unless you have been under a rock you have undoubtedly heard of the Grammy timing beat-down of Chris Brown on an “unnamed” woman who is thought to be none other than Rhianna. Details are flying fast and it’s getting uglier by the minute.
Aside from the abuse aspect, another point of gossip seems to be what may have caused the abuse. It seems that Rhianna may have given Chris Brown Herpes!! *YIKES* And it also seems that people are saying she got it from JAY-Z!! ** Double YIKES*
If the Herpes Aspect is true at least it’s not something that will kill. However it is a disease that carries with it such a stigma and so many people are brutal to those they find out have it. So many question with so little answers!!!!! If true does Beyonce have it as well? How fare does this herpes ring stretch among the entertainment industry stars? How would this play out in court? Will Herpes become a part of the court record? How would this affect both of these “HOT” young stars? Will they still have sex appeal???? After all “Sex Sells”!!!!
Oooo this looks like it’s going to be a long long long juicy storyline.

Plan B Blogging Restart! (Again)

New Topics Begin again at Plan B
Yea I know I was supposed to really be getting back to this blogging thing. This is like my 4th restart. Life is unpredictable and I just have not been able to make the time to sit down and share my thoughts. I get what I believe are great topics while I am driving or out and about. They all seem so well planned and focused. But then I get to the computer and I am doing everything else but the Blog. LOL!
Well here we go again and one of these times it will be for real. No more Myspace apps to knock me around I am just ready to write.
Now the question is, what the hell am I going to write about? Well I tell you what, I am going to renew my political posts which I kind of abandoned during the General Election. I am going to continue to share my thoughts, views and opinions on our new President Elect Obama. While I wish him a successfully presidency, that does not mean I will not criticise or compliment where I see fit. Just as I did not think Bush was the right man for the job in 2000, I did still wish him a successful presidency. That is Because the US Presidency is bigger than Obama or Bush or Bill Clinton, or JFK! The “man” is never bigger than the office itself!
I may very well be wrong about Obama, the the Obama Presidency and what may transpire. Shoot! I sure hope I am wrong. However, I won’t be deterred from expressing my opinion. If you cannot take a dissenting opinion other than your own on all things Obama related, then this Blog is NOT the blog for you. I don’t join in the unwavering confidence of ” he is the greatest politician in my lifetime” stuff. I Now many Obamabotshave a right to disagree with my opinion but keep it clean and on the level. Because I choose to think independently doesn’t open this blog up to personal attacks against me or others that share my opinion. Comments will be regulated and off the wall Obamabot comments will be deleted. There are plenty… No shoot the majority if not all of the posters in the Urban Forum are Pro Obama supporters. You can go join the forum and get your lovey dubby Obama threads there. The blog will have it’s own identity. The forum has numerous threads and posts celebrating and praising his candidacy/presidency. Along with many threads vigilantly fighting anything viewed by them to be negative about Obama and his peoples. So you can always go there as well for more common voices in pro obamaism. But a certain level of decorum shall be maintained here!

The Obama First Family

Now I Know that I am late but I haven’t been blogging in a while. Barack Hussein Obama won on Election night and will be the 44th president of the United States. Although he was not my candidate of choice. I want to wish him and his supporters a sincere congratulations! Relish and bask in your victory! The actual work doesn’t begin until next year but enjoy!
Even though I don’t think he was the best person for the job, if you believe in the Presidency of the United States of America you have to hope that he will do a good job! I sure hope that I was WRONG! However, Because we are still in America and I have a right to free speech I will be posting my opinions on him whether positive or negative.
Many people needed HOPE, Change and Yes we Can! I didn’t, but I get it that many black people feel GREAT that Barack won! I am sorry I don’t feel that same JOY! I was not brought to tears! I did not feel inspired to go outside and rinse my gun in celebrating! I did not feel anything! If I didn’t know what I know probably I would feel different but alas I do know.
President-Elect Obama May you have a healthy, safe and interesting Presidency!

A Mobster Captured Me!

One of the “recent” reasons I have been MIA is because of this great new game on Myspace called Mobster!!! OMG! I am hooked!!!! There is another game on there called Mafia Wars too. But I like Mobster better, I think they have better attention to details, plus there always seems to be some technical glitch going on with Mafia wars. These games are part of the new Myspace Applications that Myspace.com started a couple of months back.
The game is so addictive. You get to kill or be killed, rob or get jacked and make tons of paper (money for the non urban language people) It is a lot of fun and it’s free all you need is your myspace ID.
I am trying to grow my MOB to a big level and if you play and want us to join mobs please put in a friend request to me with the words “mobster, mafia” or something to that effect in your name or add note. PLEASE HAVE YOUR CAPTCHA TURNED OFF if I have to add you!

Gonna try and get more consistent with this so sometimes there will be better posts than others. So much has happened that I could have made great comments about. Oh well when the moment is gone, it’s gone. Because I am all over the place with what I want to talk about right now, it will be sometime before this Blog gets an Identity but I am on it. The Epitome of Class!

I am from the “Boogie Down” Bronx, I can admit that we don’t have the greatest reputation in the world. The stigma and stereotypes that are usually associated with our community and the people within the community is usually one of a negative connotation. I mean one of the more affluent neighborhoods doesn’t even want to be referred to as The Bronx, they call themselves “Riverdale” which is technically correct. But, it’s still true. That is why when a true leader, someone with superior knowledge and objectivity based upon their years of political as well as social experience performs noble gestures such as this one to basically “Keep a promise” to someone. It is inspiring beyond words.
Hillary Clinton, the leader of the Democratic popular vote and candidate of her suspended campaign, did what she has always done show up and keep her promise. Four years ago, she promised this young lady from the Bronx (Aleatha Williams), that she would attend her High School Graduation. True to her word today the Senator from NY did just that by attending the ceremony in The Bronx.
Although Hillary’s campaign for POTUS is currently suspended, she shows class, courage and honor beyond compare in her attendance at this event. This is not an audience cherry picked for voters that neet certain demographics. This is just another example of principled individual doing what they need to do. Hillary has always done what is right regardless of the political situation.
Senator Clinton, thank you for keeping your promise and coming to the Bronx. May you have a prosperous future.
